Peppers & More Peppers:
I have great success using "Upside/Down" planters which hold seven pepper plants (I grow them from seed) each.  It is perfect fit for my "Mister Landscaper" dripper system.  Just re-fill each planter with fresh garden soil, a little manure and you have a trouble free growing system.  Just make sure you water every day.
