Use this 25 PSI Pressure Regulator when installing Drippers with a faucet water pressure greater than 25 PSI to help prevent Drippers from blowing out of tubing. Also use this Pressure Regulator with our In-Line Dripper Tubing to keep pressure at 25 PSI or below.
Has 3/4-in female hose thread inlet and a 3/4-in male hose thread outlet.
Designed with a single air vent hole in the side of the casing, this air vent allows a diaphragm inside the regulator to function correctly.
On rare occasion, dirt or debris might get caught in the diaphragm, to clean it simply remove the Pressure Regulator and backwash using a hose.

RECOMMENDATIONS & LIMITATIONS
When installing any irrigation system, it is important to be aware of manufacturer recommendations and potential system limitations. Please be aware of the following: Order of installation is critical for proper system function. This is the order in which parts should be installed, starting from the outdoor faucet.
1) Check your outdoor faucet to make sure there is an attached or built-in Brass Anti-Siphon Vacuum Breaker that is designed to prevent backflow of fluids into the potable/drinking system.
2) A Metal "Y" Fitting is suggested so you can attach your garden hose.
3) The Electronic Timer (MLWT-1ZONE, MLWT-TWOZONE) or our Mechanical Timer (MLWT-EGG).
4) Pressure Regulator. When using Drippers, we highly suggest using our 25 PSI Pressure Regulators (MLD-25PR).
5) 150 Mesh Filter (MLFF-41) is suggested when using Drippers or when using our products with "well" water.
6) 1/2-in Poly Faucet Fitting (MLF-33) to connect the 1/2-in Poly Tubing or the 1/4-in Faucet Adapter (MLA-FAS) to connect the 1/4-in Vinyl Tubing.
