RECCOMENDATIONS & LIMITATIONS
When installing any irrigation system, it is important to be aware of manufacturer recommendations and potential system limitations. Please be aware of the following:
The Timer (MLWT-1ZONE), (MLWT-TWOZONE) OR (MLWT-EGG) must always be the first thing attached to the faucet, then the Pressure Regulator (MLA-58), followed by the Filter (MLFF-41) and then a Poly Faucet Hose Fitting (MLF-33)
When winterizing your system, before the first frost, completely remove the timer and batteries and store inside. You may use our Winterizing Plug (MLA-WHTPLUG) to seal off your poly tubing line for winter. After unthreading the timer and the hose fitting from the faucet, simply thread the plug into the hose fitting to seal off the line.
