When installing any irrigation system, it is important to be aware of manufacturer recommendations and potential system limitations. Please be aware of the following:
The Timer (MLWT-1ZONE), (MLWT-TWOZONE), or (MLWT-EGG) must always be the first thing attached to the faucet, then the Pressure Regulator (MLA-58), followed by the Filter (MLFF-41), and then a Poly Faucet Hose Fitting (MLF-33)
When winterizing your system, before the first frost, completely remove the timer and batteries and store inside. You can use our Winterizing Plug (MLA-WHTPLUG) to seal off your 1/2-in poly tubing for the winter. After removing the timer and hose fitting from the faucet, simply thread the plug into the hose fitting to seal off the line.
