All-inclusive Vegetable Garden Drip Starter Kit with everything needed to attach to an outside faucet and water up to 100-ft of Vegetable rows.
Includes all outdoor faucet attachments to install and run 50 feet of 1/2-in Poly Tubing (mainline) to the vegetable garden.
Includes all the components to attach the 1/4-in In-Line Drip Tubing to the 1/2-in Poly Tubing and to run the 1/-4-in In-Line Drip Tubing down a row of vegetables.
0.5 GPH Drippers are molded into the 1/4-in In-Line Drip Tubing every 6 inches.
5 of the 1/4-in On/Off Valves can be used to turn on and off water supply to the 1/4-in In-Line Drip Tubing that runs to the various seasonal vegetables.
Expandable by adding up to 150 feet of our 1/4-in In-Line Drip Tubing with a Dripper every 6 inches (MLD-QDT100-6IN) or by adding 300 feet of our 1/4-in In-Line Drip Tubing with a Dripper every 12 inches (MLD-QDT100).
It's best not to bury underground Drippers and Drip Tubing and it's ok to lightly mulch around Drippers.
RECOMMENDATIONS & LIMITATIONS
When installing any irrigation system, it is important to be aware of manufacturer recommendations and potential system limitations. Please be aware of the following:
ORDER OF INSTALLATION:
Order of installation is critical for proper system function. Some parts mentioned here are NOT included in this kit but can be purchased separately. This is the order of which parts should be installed, starting from the outdoor faucet.
1) Check your outdoor faucet to make sure there is an attached or built in Brass Anti-Siphon Vacuum Breaker that’s designed to prevent the backflow of fluids back into the potable/drinking water system.
2) A Metal "Y" Fitting is suggested so you can still attach your garden hose.
3) The Electronic Timer (MLWT-1ZONE, MLWT-TWOZONE, or MLWT-EGG).
4) Pressure Regulator: When using our In-Line Dripper tubing in this kit, we highly suggest using the enclosed 25 PSI Pressure Regulator (MLD-25PR).
5) The150 Mesh Filter (MLFF-41) that is included in the kit is suggested for In-Line Dripper Tubing and Drippers, or when using our products with "well" water.
6) 1/2-in Poly Faucet Fitting (MLF-33), which connects to the 1/2-in Poly Tubing OR the 1/4-in Faucet Adapter (MLA-FAS), which connects to the 1/4-in Vinyl Tubing.

MAXIMUM RUNS
Run up to 300-ft of our 1/2-in Poly Tubing and attach up to a total of 250-ft of the 1/4-in In-Line Drip Tubing with a .5 gph Dripper every 6 inches, connecting individual runs with a maximum of 25-ft runs of our 1/4-in In-Line Drip Tubing that has a built-in .5 GPH Dripper every 6 inches. Each separate line of 1/4-in In-Line Drip Tubing can have up to a 15-ft lead-in of our 1/4-in Vinyl Tubing between the 1/2-in Poly Tubing and the 1/4-in In-Line Drip Tubing.
Minimum operating pressure for In-Line Drip Tubing: 5 to 7 PSI
Maximum operating pressure for In-Line Drip Tubing: 25 PSI
